Final Goodbye to Cigarettes

Smoking – the word itself is filled with suffocation. Most of the people start smoking just because they want to try it once. Smoking kills slowly, even after knowing this, smokers are continually increasing. There are more than 700 chemicals in one single stick of a cigarette. When it is lit, it releases more than 2000 chemicals in the air. The effect is harmful for both smoker as well as the one who becomes a second-hand smoker. This habit is slowly spreading over masses and there is no way to escape.

There is a big lot who want to step forward and leave this habit as a bad dream but they find it difficult. They start taking nicotine gums which is just another substitute of cigarette but still the problem remains same.

Doctors are working hard to find a solution of this non-ending problem. They studied more than 1000 smokers of various caste, gender and age for around 14 months. The study revealed that those smokers whose fruit and vegetable intake is high tend to have less craving for nicotine. Thus, it becomes easy for them to quit smoking.

If you are also planning to quit smoking and you find it difficult then eating more fruits can gradually reduce your demand of smoking to nil.
