Overcome Obesity - Medvarsity

Obesity is a problem under which a huge chunk of Indian population comes. There are numerous reasons that make one obese. These may include eating habits, genes or psychological issues. With the pace in increasing obesity, it has become more of a lifestyle. It is not only common amongst the youth and children rather cover all the age groups.

If you are also suffering from the same problem then here are some steps following which you can overcome obesity and stay healthy.

Exercise: It is the most important step to revolt against the disease. Exercise will help you burn excess calories and fats. 30 minutes of exercise can help you lose a lot of weight. You can add cycling, dancing, swimming, playing tennis, jogging, walking, etc. to your daily routine.

Diet
: Workout is not the only thing that can help you overcome the problem. You need to have control over the food intake. High fibers and less fat consumption is a great help which you can get from raw vegetables, salads, fruits, etc.

No Junk Food: Junk food is a big no no. Never go for junk food like fries, burger, pizza, soft drinks, etc. as they contain a lot of fat which will ultimately accumulate around your waist.

No dieting: Avoid crash dieting. It makes your body weak and when you start eating again, your body accepts fat more rapidly.

Control Drinking: Controlling intake of alcohol helps in controlling fat in body and also prevents you from alcoholic steatohepatitis.

Eat in small portions: Eating in small portions is always recommended as this way you do not feel starved and you stay healthy.
